In the event your credit card is declined, we will inform you via email and ask that you place your order again with a new card. Your credit card will be charged on the day you place your order for goods or services. The charge will appear on your credit card or Paypal statement as 2SoulsPhotography.

Refund Policy for Digital Ebooks, Courses, Products, and Programs
No refunds will be issued for digital ebooks, courses, products, and programs purchased on 2SoulsPhotography.com under any circumstances. By making a purchase with 2SoulsPhotography.com, you are confirming that you have read and understood the refund policy on our digital products and programs. Refund and Return Policy for Physical Products

Physical products sold by 2SoulsPhotography.com are non-refundable, except in the case of damage or defect. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please send an email to the_soul@2SoulsPhotography.com within 14 days of the date you received your item(s) for information on how to return the item for a refund or exchange.

Sales Tax and Shipping

All physical products shipped from 2SoulsPhotography.com will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected in your order confirmation email. All shipping charges use standard shipping rates for domestic and international shipping. Please check the final pricing on the product checkout page when you make your selection.

Troubleshooting Digital Downloads

If you do not receive the downloads following your purchase of a digital ebook, course, product, or program, it is likely due to one of the following reasons: 1) You entered your email address incorrectly on the online order form or 2) Your confirmation email was sent to your spam folder. In the event that you cannot download a digital product that you have received, it is probably because you do not have Adobe Reader (free PDF reader viewer) installed on your computer. Chargebacks and Payment Security

When you provide 2SoulsPhotography.com with your credit card information for payment on your account, 2SoulsPhotography.com shall be authorized to charge your credit card for any outstanding fees. You may not make any chargebacks or cancel the credit card that is provided as security without our prior written consent. You are fully responsible for any fees associated with recouping payment on chargebacks and any fees associated with the payment collection process. Further, you may not change any of the credit card information provided to 2SoulsPhotography.com without notifying us in advance.
